Two weeks ago, @Ronin_Network announced their migration to ETH L2 and stated they would receive proposals from various L2 providers (Optimism, Arbitrum, ZKsync and Polygon). Regarding this, @Optimism just tweeted about what advantages Ronin can expect by adopting the OP Stack. Notably, Optimism proposed that Ronin build their L2 through technical collaboration with three projects in addition to the OP Stack. Those three projects are: @conduitxyz, @eigenlayer, and @boundless_xyz. Conduit -> sequencer operations EigenCloud -> high-throughput DA Boundless -> efficient ZK rollup construction OP Kailua of Boundless seems to be a preferable option of new L2s or L2s that are planning to transit from Optimistic to ZK; since it supports gradual adoption of zkp - starting from OP-ZK hybrid option. I can't help but compare Arbitrum's announcement yesterday about their collaboration with Succinct. If Ronin adopts Boundless through this proposal, it seems like we'll see a picture of them amicably dividing the market.
