To those that lost a lot of money yesterday, my heart goes out to you. I wish there were something I could say to instantly make you feel better and take your pain away
What I can say is that no matter how much it hurts, it will get better. In time, you will reflect on the lessons learned and recognize that yesterday was a pivotal, painful and necessary part of your path
I speak from experience. I lost 90%+ of my savings in Luna in 2022. I cried and isolated myself for months. I was clinically depressed and thought that I would never be okay again
Fast forward three years and I'm happy to report I've made back what I lost and more. It took time, perseverance and a lot of work on myself. And I know that if you take the time to do the work, you can make it back too
But for right now, it's okay to grieve
To take some time to sort out your feelings. To spend time and reconnect with your loved ones. To not try to "make it all back" in one trade. To be human
That way, when you're ready to act, you can do so from a place of clarity. You are stronger than you know. Everything will be okay. I am praying for you
