Another tragedy of the "shearing wool" circle, raising cattle? Turns out you are the one plowing the fields.
That airdrop from arb harmed many people, creating a path dependency: VC endorsement + large infrastructure = must shear a lot of wool. Yet many seem to have forgotten the biggest airdrop of this round - hyperliquid. What’s the logic behind it? Is it applications, is it products, is it real income, is it real demand?
Shearing wool isn’t dead, it’s just taking another form. Please keep up with the times, otherwise, you will always be the one getting sheared.
Today, Eclipse Labs announced team and leadership changes to align with a new direction post-TGE. Over the past months, we’ve explored opportunities for application development on the network. Going forward, we’ll prioritize building a breakout application on top of Eclipse’s L2 infrastructure, with more details to come.
As part of this transition, @0xSydney will assume the role of CEO following the voluntary departure of @0xLitquidity. To align resources with our updated strategy, we have reduced our workforce by 65%. This difficult decision was made to give Eclipse the flexibility needed to execute on its next chapter.
Eclipse’s mission to bring web2-scale applications onchain remains unchanged. We look forward to continuing this journey with our community, token holders, and stakeholders.
