1. Derive vault is continuous sell pressure of the CDTs
2. High yield CDTs mean less demand to bond
3. STRAT has to keep lowering strike to get more bonds, causing more dilution
4. No one wants to keep getting diluted, STRAT discount to NAV
5. Derive vault not helping by continuously capping ETH upside with selling 10d calls to MMs
STRAT eventually so cheap, gets RFV'ed to unlock ETH back out
